An integral part of the Safe-T-Prop system is the Safe-T-Lock. Like the Safe-T-Prop this product is also subject to a number of patent applications both in Australia and overseas. It is manufactured in Melbourne using modern laser cutting machinery and computer controlled bending equipment.

When used in conjunction with the Safe-T-Prop the Safe-T-Lock prevents individuals tampering with prop installations. The lock bracket fits onto our purpose designed Safe-T-Shoe where it is securely held in place using a high strength barrel lock. When installed it prevents removal of the anchor bolt, the brace shoe pin and also stops the prop from being rotated to move the panel out of plumb.

The Safe-T-Lock is installed by the riggers once the prop has been secured in its designated location. It is simply snapped into position on the Safe-T-Shoe and secured with the supplied barrel lock. This lock is identical to the locks used on our shear pins and both can be keyed alike for individual job sites. Our locks have been tested under extreme conditions and are guaranteed to withstand any environmental conditions. The lock pins are fitted with an o-ring seal to ensure that no water leaks into the lock mechanism and the key barrel is protected by a close fitting rubber cap.
